Update on prices

Hey guys, I can't check the prices of items in school, so I'm managing this thread so when ever the GE updates, someone can post the new price. Hopefully this will help me and some other people. Just post the New price and either a +/- and a number, symbolizing how much it has gone up or down in the last update. I kinda need nature runes now.

EDIT: These are for the item's Enjineer has recommended we flip or course. Not all the items in the GE.
