niiice. yeah i do 5k races.

although, its mostly training for my track events.

edit: i do around a 18m 5k normally

hmmm.. i only ran one 5k this year, it was a 15:50, not a pr but whatevs... I run 8ks usually, my pr is 25:52. I run in college now on scholarship, so it takes up so much time lol

For sure star, my shoe fell off at the top of a hill, i went down without it.. finished race with only 1 shoe
